DisappointingI followed directions to the letter and must say I was disappointed by the results this time. My gray hair was covered but so was the rest of my hair which turned darker. The feel of my hair was coarse and very unmanageable. It's growing out and getting better since I trimmed it. Don't think I'll try that again. Initially looks good but..................The packaging, extra etc are all pretty good although the color it's self is very expensive. After 3 days the roots at the front of my head had come through.
