Not a good experienceProbably the drippiest, messiest, most frustrating dye I've ever used. Color is way darker than what was pictured or what I anticipated. Color is also completely flat. There is no dimension or highlight to it. It looks like I'm wearing a black, curly, wool hat all the time. I've been using the Heart Lock It shampoo as well, and even after 4 washes, the shampoo is still pulling dye out of my hair. My hair also feels terrible. Very dry, frizzy, and lifeless. Stubborn grays!!I like the color, but it does seem a bit darker than last time...is that possible? Also, after the 2nd washing, it seems my grays are showing through more than they did with my 1st purchase. Was my formula modified at all from the 1st time?
