The length of time the colour lastsI have used your products for a fair length of time now. In previous orders I have ordered a dark brown, and have been more than happy with the product. Gets the job doneThe product had too much ammonia. My scalp was uncomfortable for a couple of days afterwards. The color was not bad and it did the job of coloring the grays. I would ask the stylist to lesson the ammonia next time. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I Hate the colorDon't bother writing a detailed explanation of your hair color needs and wants. They don't read them. I explained that my hair color was not represented in the first step. I'm a true Strawberry Blonde. My hair looks hideous! It's light brown! No where near the deeper Strawberry Blonde that I wanted! I'm so ashamed to look like this. I seriously hate this color!! Not happy with the outcomeDid not like the product. After applying and rinsing , my hair is greasy and sticky and heavy and nasty. I have washed twice and cannot get it out of my hair. Not for meAfter this last time using the hair dye my hair was left slimy. It was like I had applied a jar of vaseline to my hair. It took washing my hair 6 times to get most of it out. This happened to me the time before with the semi permanent as well just not as bad. After washing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner that came with my order I had to go back and rewash my hair 5 times with my own expensive shampoo. I thought they slimy dye would never wash out. I changed my order from semi permanent to permanent because the blue black dye would not last no longer then 2 washes before my hair looked brown again. Now I find that after using the permanent blue black it lasted the same, 2 washes. My hair is back to brown. UGH!!! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not HappyI was not happy with my last color and the 100% guarantee is that they will tell you that they sent the correct color according to what they think was right. I replied back and felt that they told me I was wrong. OK, maybe I did not describe the color I wanted correctly, but why do I provide you with a phone #. Bad custom colorI chose a medium brown and submitted two pictures in two different lights and a profile. The custom color they told me would be more flattering was a light brown. I took their professional advise, I used and processed for the full time - very meticulous about my hair coloring process. The color they advised was not right for me.
