Dull colorI tried several times to get my color right but, it never changed. I wanted a nice chocolate with a hint of some red. I really like a mahogany color. It came out drab. I also ordered the gloss and all that was, was another color with 20 volume developer. my hair is completely dried out from it. This is my last order from e-salon. BrassinessI've made no changes to my hair and my last two shipments of hair color have pulled way too much warmth in my hair color. I never had this problem with my previous shipments. Did not cover grays.I was excited to try this hair color. I ended up being very disappointed with the results. I looked in the mirror and still saw my grays shining away.
