ExperimentingMy first order I thought was too dark so I asked to have the next order lightened a slight bit. I find that the revised color seemed to fade faster than the first order (which I didn't like because it was too dark). So I'm contemplating what changes if any to make to my next order. not so crazy about my last shipment after color changeI'm still trying to get to the color I need. I sent in a request for alterations, but the color that was sent on Jan. 24th was worse than the previous one. The color was more one dimensional, and even more reddish/coppery tones than the previous one. I'm trying to decide whether to keep doing this since I do like the product, but I'm not sure picking a color long distance and online is possible and it's a little scary to keep trying to alter it! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
