my recent haircolorthe hair color just did not turn out like I thought it would and it did not stay on covering my gray hair for very long. I had my friend, a salon stylist, help me apply the color because I had a bruised rib and she was very curious about your product and we both wanted to make sure it was done properly. I am so disapointed that it did not work for me because I was so excited about it. Do I still get a refund for trying it? I am truly heartsick about it not coloring my hair like I was expecting; I was so sure it would be my next saving grace. I am just planning to stay with what I have been using. Smells terribleI used Madison Reed Color service online. Their color didnt damage my hair at all. After I used esalon color (dark brown) my hair was so damage. It's smells terrible, like a box color for $3 from the store. And I couldnt color my long hair as fast as it required. It was hard to wash it off. Now Prons: love the shampoo and condi, smells great. MehhhhThe color came out orangey, brassy, I'm not happy. Not sure what happened. My roots were gray, I supplied 2 pictures of my current color, and so I don't know why roots would turn out this way. I had to purchase another color product at Pharmacy to somewhat correct. I don't feel this is personalized at all, They just take information from the questions, but the questions were too general, they need deeper dive into a person's color situation to be "personalized" More question on the roots.
