It doesn't last - I don't like itI've used this product twice now and twice my hair has gotten lighter. I've asked for it to be darker and it was in the beginning, but I think this is not a permanent product because my hair has gotten lighter and lighter. Great match, faded to graySuper easy process and perfect color match!! The application was easy and I'm happy with the result. Unfortunately, the color "rinsed" off of the gray strands after a week of washing. It coverered initially, but without lasting results I can't say whether or not I'll order again. ExperimentingMy first order I thought was too dark so I asked to have the next order lightened a slight bit. I find that the revised color seemed to fade faster than the first order (which I didn't like because it was too dark). So I'm contemplating what changes if any to make to my next order. not so crazy about my last shipment after color changeI'm still trying to get to the color I need. I sent in a request for alterations, but the color that was sent on Jan. 24th was worse than the previous one. The color was more one dimensional, and even more reddish/coppery tones than the previous one. I'm trying to decide whether to keep doing this since I do like the product, but I'm not sure picking a color long distance and online is possible and it's a little scary to keep trying to alter it! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
