Feels like glue when you start rinsing itWhen I got in a shower to rinse the color, it felt as if I applied glue to my head. it was sticky and I could feel it on my scalp. Waste of money.Faded very quickly, left my hair sticky, colour no better than normal brands. Also, cancelled repeat orders order after my first order, but I still got sent and charged for another one in Feb which I didn't want. Not as advertisedI was quite disappointed with the results from my first order. I have lots of gold in my hair as well as grey and even some brassy tones which I mentioned when ordering. Not enough colorThere was not enough product to color my whole head. I followed the instructions to a t and my hair was distinctly two different colors because my hair had faded so much since the last color. Also, I had requested a slight color change and have not been notified that the color was ever changed. I would like to see more coppery red added to the color.
