DisappointedI was impressed with the packaging but extremely disappointed in the color. The color I received was suppose to be light brown ash but it turned out a copper orange brown color, not at all what I was looking for. Not impressedThe presentation and everything looked nice. But if you don't read the directions you wouldn't know that the 2 bottles you receive are 2 different mixes for your hair. Talk about confusing. Then... after applying the root color I mixed the 2nd bottle and the color was not what I wanted.
