Color is fantastic, doesn't last long enoughI colored my hair exactly 2 weeks ago. The color is vibrant and beautiful. But it's already faded to the color it was before. Wasn't what I asked forI wanted red, and requested an adjustment to my color before, to make it more red and less brown. The color was never adjusted to my liking, and as far as I can tell the two shipments after were the exact same color I requested to be fixed. I wanted red and got chestnut instead. FriedI've only used one of the two colors I've received. I was sure I had timed the processing time accurately, but something went wrong because in the end I fried my ends. I must need a new timer.
