like color but ends still an issueI've been disappointed that even thought this color is nice... my ends have yet again continued to fade back into a light reddish orange after this color that was a full color kit has faded. The reddish orange ends has become something that's hard to keep away ever since I started the red mahogany earlier last year. Two different colorsSO i've used eSalon a few different times. When I called after receiving the new color and having the two colors be VERY different I was told it was to help match my roots and my ends because they take color on very different. I followed the instructions and after it was finished and washed 2 times my roots and ends are VERY different colors. I'm not happy with these last shipment at all. I remember the last time I colored my hair it came in one bottle and I used it all over and it worked perfect. Good Product not the right ColorMy hair has significantly lightened since I began using Esalon. It is almost all white and grey now. The color you sent is just too dark. Even after asking a couple of times to have it lighter, it is still too dark.
