Not impressed.My first order was nice... but the color on ends faded in a week. So I gave this another try. Not impressed. It wouldn't let me redo my quiz.... only adjust the color. The colorist seemed to get what I was asking for. But the color what not what I wanted. The tone was close but not close enough. Plus the ends they say only leave on 5 minutes! The last time I did this the color faded in a week! Plus that's just not long enough. I'm not impressed. Color is ok... but I feel like I wasted my time. This is just not what I wanted. Not sure if I would give this a 3 time. It's nice they take the guess work out... just not sure if worth the money. I feel if your unsure of color... may be better to go to a real stylist. Not much conditioner included but I did like the colorThe small packet of conditioner included was barely enough to cover my hair. It did not leave my hair silky soft like the conditioner included in store boxed hair color. Also, I would get enough conditioner that I used once a week for several weeks. doesn't fry hair but Soft black with Blue doesn't come out blackI've been dying my hair Blue Black for years (either redken shades EQ in onyx or Paul Mitchell jetSet) Wanted something cheaper and figured you can't ruin black hair with black dye so I'll give this a shot PROS: does not dry out your hair CONS: ordering soft black with extra blue (they gave me 50/50) and my hair is actually a lighter shade of black than what it was before I dyed it. The last time I dyed my hair was 2months ago and it came out more of a dark brown with NO blue tonight.
