Color is good but won't wash outI enjoyed the color, convenience, and items provided but the color just wouldn't wash out of my hair after dying. I scrubbed and scrubbed. Shampooed multiple times and I kept finding more. I also didn't think the quality of the dye block or shampoo or conditioner. I switched to Madison reed and have great color, great kit(even has a cap), no issue with dye washing out and love the dye blocker and shampoo and conditioner. Revolting colorI chose Dark Blonde (Ash) to color my mostly gray hair. The result was a revolting red brown. I'm so disappointed because I was hoping it would be pretty. DissapointedI have dark brown hair and the color I picked was suppose to help lighten it a bit and give it a nice violet/red hue. Did the strand test and it looked pretty good. So I dyed the rest of my hair today and I'm so disappointed with the color. Definitely doesn't look like the color I chose at all and you wouldn't even know I dyed my hair at all unless I'm out in the sun. Even then there's only a slight color difference. Poor customer serviceI tried the product 3 times. Burned my head 3 times and turned my roots orange. When I sent the info to the colorist, I was told I was not applying it correctly, but that they would make some changes with the next shipment. Nothing appeared to change with that shipment. It did not cover all the grays and my grays were showing well prior to the next shipment. I have dyed my hair with home color that lasted longer and colored my hair uniformly at a much cheaper price. I also requested to go lighter and was told that was not possible. I bought a lighter color from Walmart for $8 which lightened my hair with no problems. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
