Extremely hard to wash out!!!!!!!!!!!!!This product is extremely hard to wash out. Had to wash my hair three times and condition it three times before most of the product was out. Not GoodI bought March 2, 2017. Waited until today to color my hair. Was excited. Did as the instructions told me. I have grey and some lighter areas that are hard to cover. Washed out the color. Seemed very rough textured and kind of dry. Did the conditioner. Hate it. My roots are brassy tone and not an even color throughout. Some of the ends of my hair is burned... which I have NEVER had that happen. Am not happy and not sure what I am going to do. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Good color but.....The color turned out to be better than I thought. I was a little nervous when I saw copper listed in the blend. I was looking for a light brown not red. It is a little reddish, especially in the sun but that's ok. My problem is the smell. Very strong peroxide/ammonia smell. I wasn't lightening my hair so there shouldn't have been any bleach in it. Wrong colorI really wanted this to work. The packaging was nice, the product was easy to mix and apply. Unfortunately, it was great on the roots but it got on the end of my hair which is now a light gray color. It was supposed to be a blonde. :( I'm going to contact the company to see what can be done. Not what I expected!I had such high hopes for this! I had heard so many good reviews! But sadly my experience was less than par. I followed the instructions to a T! My roots did not dye completely, I still see somewhat my natural color. The worst part is I have washed my hair TWICE now and it still smells and has an odd texture.
