Color doesn't lastI purchased this about a month ago. At first I loved it the color was awesome, looked natural and didn't smell bad while we put it on. But the color faded away rapidly, even when using color safe shampoo and the recommended conditioner. Within 3 weeks it was gone from my hair. I don't wash my hair every day, I do condition it however, and it was the conditioner that I got with my color. Not the color I wantedI loved the packaging and the price and the personal level and the overall idea! Unfortunately, I thought with the color I chose (copper blond) and the color I had (light brown), that I would get the right results but instead it turned my hair a dark red. I was not satisfiedSo i have shoulder length hair and very thick and frizzy. The dye did not dye my whole hair completely. I made sure to follow the instructions and everything and the previous color i had on is still on my ends, so no it didn't die my end it just dyed my roots. No 100% guarantee! Buyer bewareI placed my order and provided a picture of my hair. The color arrived and I tried to apply as directed, however, there was not enough product to fully cover my hair. After the application was done and my hair was dry, the color was not what I ordered. I contacted the company and they apologized and provided me with a credit for a free order. When I tried to place my order to receive the color i had originally wanted, I was told I could not get enough color to fully treat my hair due to the length. The credit only covered the roots and one bottle of color. The only time I could receive the second bottle needed to color my hair at no additional cost was during my initial order. It would now cost me $10 more to get enough product to color my hair. That seems ridiculous to me. First, I provided a picture of my hair length on my first order. I was unaware I would need additional product at that time since it was my first time. I should have been told I needed more product then. Second, the color provided was incorrect, this was not an error made by me. I was sent the wrong color. Why do I need to pay more money to get it corrected. Shouldn't this be considered my initial order? - No refund was offered. I let them know I would not pay any additional money. My only option then was to cancel my order. Color FadedWithin just a few days of coloring my hair the color had faded so bad the ends of my hair were pink. I had to have my hair professionally colored and cut as I had job interviews the following week, and did not think pink hair would make a good impression, so not only did I spend the money on hair color from this site, I spent another $70 to get it fixed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
