Won't be purchasing again.I have just used this product for a 2nd time and I won't be purchasing again. Both times it left my hair gummy, stringy and dried out. Brushing it was impossible..pulling out clumps of hair! I had to re-wash it 3 times to get all of this stuff out. To OrangeI asked for strawberry blonde and my hair turned orange, so then the next color that they gave me made my hair blonde and then when I asked for more red in my hair, the lady was rude on the phone and told me that all they could do was send it to me but it could turn my hair pink so I finally cancelled 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Faded quicklyI was excited to get the product in the mail. The box, shipping and packaging were all perfect. It was professional and looked great. The main problem is the product itself. It did not cover my grays and the bright red faded within a week even with using the color enhancing treatment. I was very disappointed with the coverage. Not what I wanted.The mixture was gray and didn't change my color or cover my gray. I wanted a light blonde color and only got a few places where my own color was lightened. The white areas of my hair are still very white. It did however soften my hair which was a pleasant surprise. After just reading reviewsI thought I was doing something wrong but other people are saying that their hair felt sticky. I washed it with all the shampoo enclosed and still couldn't dry it. I used baby shampoo and the color stayed in. I called and spoke to someone and last week I saw that I was due and it was mailed out, been waiting and now it says automatic delivery cancelled? I didn't cancel. I asked about a leave in conditioner and that was last time I spoke with you. Now I just can't wait.
