Terrible experiencethe colour is the worst I ever had, the roots came out completely different to the rest of my hair, and it seemed not to colour my length at all , terrible stuff, made my hair feeling like a have a 1kg of lard on them , the shampoo did not made a foam , all hair felt like I did not washed them for a year!!! total waste of money and my hair feels horrible too!!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. could be betterStill pulls out the red pigment in my hair. I want to cover the gray with my same light brown color, while not pulling out the red pigments. Awful experienceI was so excited to try this service and I am so upset right now I don't know why I even tried. I ordered a cool blonde tone and my hair is freaking orange! I had to rinse my hair for 45 minutes and shampoo it 4 times to get the thick cakey feeling out of my hair. This home color wasn't for meI was very excited to try a custom hair color coz I wana get the color that goes well for me but I was very disapointed when I tried it. The smell of the color is very strong and made my allergy worse. The texture is sticky and doesn't wash off my hair even after two shampoos. My grays started to show up after one week or less which was so inexpected though. I also had lots of pimples on my scalp since I started coloring my hair with E salon color.
