Waxy residue!I like the colour but at the rinsing stage there seemed to be a thick layer of soft waxy residue on my scalp.I washed my hair 3 times before it seemed clear. After leaving my hair to dry naturally I now have a greasy/waxy residue over the back half of my head, starting a couple of inches from the scalp all the way to my ends. I will obviously need to wash my hair again at least once. Something has changed!After 2 years of using this product without any problems, something has changed. The last 4 hair color shipments have been so hard to get out of my hair. I have to shampoo 4+ times to remove the gummy texture from my hair. After my hair dries it is very difficult to brush through, so I put it in a braid and rewash the next day. I called to ask what was going on and the rep told me I was not rinsing it out properly (remember I have been doing this for over 2 years). I tried it one last time and it did the same thing. After I color my hair, I lose quite a bit of hair. I will no longer use this product and DO NOT recommend anyone else use it either. I am very upset that this product is difficult to use because I loved the convenience of doing my hair whenever I wanted to. Back to the beauty salon for me! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Wont get againAlthough the die comes out beautifully, the directions when rinsing are vague so i was a little confused. Also my hair has been falling out and breaking off as well. I had no problems with the test area. eSalon only stated they were sorry i was losing my hair and it must be because of a change in my diet or other hair products. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. First time failFor some reason the color was streaky, and looked faded. I have never had that happen before. The sad thing was we were going on a 14 day cruise and I was wanting it to look really beautiful. That didn't happen. Color nice, Texture Soupy, Process CumbersomeI must go back to a store bought foam gray hair color. I cannot see myself ordering another set of this hair color, although the color seemed nicer than what I generally self-color with, due to the thinness of the liquid colorant that made the coloring process even messier than usual. It seemed to mostly cover my gray (brunette hair), and again, I believe they did nicely with the color based on my needs but the product is just like soup. Dark Ash Blonde ordered..This dark ash blonde has turned my hair brassy!!!...I am VERY disappointed..Also my hair felt like STRAW after I shampooed out my color...had to use a ton of conditioner.
