Hair color and ease of use was misleading.The color was not what I picked, and the actual use of the product was not enjoyable. My daughter followed the directions completely and when I went to rinse out the product, it was a gooey mess. I had to wash it 2 other times, after I used their shampoo just to get it unsticky. The dye still is not out of my hair as it transferred to the towel when I was drying it. I will have to shampoo it again before bed as not to get it all over my sheets. I won't use this again. Grey not coveredHi - Love the packaging. I am disappointed in the grey coverage however. The grey at my roots (especially at the temples) did not get covered or reduced from your product. Yes - I followed the directions - I have been coloring my own hair for ages. I'm going to go ahead and switch back to Schwartzkoff Ultime color as it covers my grey better. Not the color I was looking for!!With my initial order I was looking to lighten my hair a bit, not just cover the little bit of gray I have. I have medium brown hair and the color I was given made my hair a bit darker rather than lighter so I was not pleased.
