Shipped in errorI cancelled the last purchase and it was shipped anyway, and my credit card was charged. Unfortunately, my sister was intrigued by the product and opened the box, therefore I cannot return it. Color came out very darkI did not have a good experience with the product. The first time my grey hair turned out too much red color. They send me another color to fix the red color to medium brown with little bit copper tone. I received this month and my hair turned out too dark, dark brown.
