Not Right ColorI asked to go a little redder and my hair looks brown. Not happy. I have a big presentation for my company and now I have to spend over $100 to fix it. I don;t understand what happened. The first color was good, I just wanted a little more red? I have stopped my order till I hear from you. Not sure what to do from here. Custom colorMy last hair color I got from you made my hair sticky like gum. Ended up having to go to a salon to get it fixed spending $30. Too DarkI liked the way the hair made my hair feel, but it was too dark. The hair dye that was assigned to me made my hair several shades darker than my hair color. The first time I requested to have the shade changed to a lighter color, I was advised that it was not possible for me to get a lighter color. Instead I was given instruction of how to dye my hair. The second time I requested for a color adjustment to a lighter shade, I received no response to my request from eSalon.
