Color was fabulousI loved the product at first. The color came out amazing and did not fade. The issues I found later was it was drying out my hair and became brittle, breaking easily. I have always had very thick hair and all of a sudden my hair seemed thin and flat. You can now see where the hair has broken at different lengths. changing a few things up for a bit and hoping it was not the product that made the change in my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. odd formulathis order had a strange waxiness to it. It did not rinse easily and left a film on my tile I had to use ajax to remove. It also left a stickiness on the gloves and was just not at all like the previous order or any other hair color i have ever used. DisappointingI used this company twice and for some reason I never got the colour that I wanted (violet). The first time I ended up with a reddish tinge to my hair and the second time, after speaking with the colorist and getting the formula 'adjusted' I ended up with a very dark brown. I saw other reviews with the same complaint and I wonder if this dye does not work as well with some types of hair or with previously coloured hair... I did like the shampoo and conditioner however, especially the conditioner as it made the hair very silky. This was the worst experience I have ever had in hair careWish I could have my regular color back......instead my hair is a bright awful orange and will need to seek professional help to get is partly normal. Its Not For MeI used E Salon for the first time and was not impressed with my color that I received from them. I wanted it to be more blond. The color said light blond so I expected it to be the color that I already have in my hair. It didn't turn out that way. It almost has a red tint to it. I also struggled to color my hair by myself. For me its best to have a professional doing my hair, I guess I have to spend the money to have it done right.
