DISLIKE YOUR COMPANY'S OPERATIONS/PRODUCT.YOUR COMPANY HAS A SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY WHICH DON'T HOLD UP. Hated this product!The root color and end color didn't match. It took 5 times to get the oil residue out of my hair and I couldn't even brush through my hair the first 2 times I washed it. Disappointed!Ordering and shipping were smooth and that's where the good experience ended. Mixed color according to directions, applied and left for indicated time. When it was time to rinse my hair felt sticky and oily. I thought after a wash the texture of my hair would go back to normal. Wrong! I had caked on greasy product on my hair and scalp. I have washed and conditioned my hair 5 times today to try to get rid of the film and still feel it on some parts of my hair. Also color did not take evenly. Was hoping that this would be a good solution for root touch up for greys between salon appointments but will not try this again because of the horrible sticky film left on my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. What coverage?I specifically said i needed to cover some gray and that my hair was previously colored red. Both things I wanted to cover. Disappointed...I stated I had long hair... colour only covered top layer if I had known I would have ordered two but as customised I assumed this would be taken into account when I filled my details in.
