Not what I asked forI asked for gentle highlights for my blonde hair. Got sent a block colour that I won’t use. I had three email exchanges which I asked about highlights vs dye and was ignored and just sent my kit. Also invested in the tools to do it properly and obviously now a waste of money as won’t use a dye that isn’t what I asked for. Expected Better ProductI specifically said I wanted to cover gray hair, but this hair color did not do that. Also sent a picture, so the colorist could guide herself and the color I received made my hair color darker. I followed the instructions, just went over 1 minute of what is instructed. I'm dissapointed, not sure if I will reorder. 2 different colorsRoots are lighter than the rest of my hair. The same thing happened with my previous order. I informed the colorist prior to the new hair color being sent. I’m not sure why the formula is made lighter on the roots and darker on the ends when new hair growth takes hair color easier and stronger than your ends.
