Not impressedI ordered a cool dark blonde for my medium brown hair. After dying it, they looked pretty the same, beside brassier tones. (wich I'm not a fan!) Great color, but 1 big issueThe custom color shade was good. The big issue for me was the way my hair felt after coloring. I followed the instructions down to the last letter-but it left my hair feeling over processed and damaged. My hair usually feels especially silky and looking great after coloring it. I wasn't sure, so I ordered it again and had the same outcome. I've decided not to reorder and am canceling my membership. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Didn't work and dried my hair outMy hair looked exactly the same after, except it was more fried. I still have lots of greys. I was hesitant to color it as I haven't put color on my hair in years, so that is why I went with semi permanent color. Not the color I expected.I really like the idea behind this service! As for my first experience, I requested a color that was a little more red. I received an email that a different color was suggested for me so I figured I would give it a try. Once I did though, I got a color that was a bit less red than I wanted and more of a purple :-( I love the gray coverage of this dye.
