Loved the pack, hated the colourWhen the box arrived I was very excited. It comes with everything you need and more to colour your hair well. Shades of Orange Instead of GoldThe color I ordered was called "Warm brown". The instruction insert stated it was brown mixed with some gold tones. What I got was an auburn/orange. Roots are hot (brighter than the rest). I considered calling in sick to work this was so bad. I will say when I called the helpline they were great. They're rushing an ash brown to counteract the color. I really liked the packaging and the shine and feel of my hair. That said, I wont be doing this again. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Custom colorI choose my color and was shown what it would look like and I loved it and was so excited to have it put on today by my niece who is a PROFESSIONAL STYLIST. But when all was said and done, it was this bright coppery RED. It was suppose to be dark blonde w/copper & gold. To say the least RED is not even close to DARK BLONDE. Hair feels great but don't like the colourI followed the instructions to the letter but my roots ended up redder than the ends. The ends are just brown when it should have been copper red. MehWell, I was really enthousiastic after my first purchase. I thought the color was absolutely gorgeous. For this second order, regarding my roots, I'm afraid I was not as convinced. Of course I know it's normal to have a less vibrant color on the roots than on the length, and that it'd be ill-advised to re-do the length every time. However, I felt this time the overall impression was a bit dull. Plus it doesn't really match the previous color. Sorry, but disappointment is in order. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
