no grey coverageAfter the first use and maybe 2 washes it was like I did not even color my hair. I wrote back and said I needed a higher grey coverage formula and you just extended the time by 10 minutes....No difference in the final result. not long grey coverage no enough conditionerI have a lot of hair and the packages are too small and for the money I pay the grey coverage should at least last for 8 weeks but it does not. I follow the instructions and I never have clear water after 15 minutes of shower. Not real happy with the length of grey coverage and the amount of conditioner I get. I love the color and that's it. Customer service SUCKS!!!Ordered my colour. Was emailed asking specific questions which I answered. I told the colourist twice I wanted to go lighter blonde and I was still sent a colour darker than even my natural colour. I asked for a refund and received a standard copy and pasted "please call us" I don't want to have to take time out of my day more than I already have to contact people that don't listen in the first place. I asked for a refund and that's when the communication stopped. I have not received a refund nor have I had any further correspondence. I will NEVER order from eSalon again and will advise others not to either. Now I'm out $41 for a product I can't even use. What a waste!!! 2 of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
