the color didn't completely cover my greysI have ALOT of greys and ALOT of hair. there wasn't enough color for my entire amount of hair so the bottom half of my hair doesn't have color in some parts. MessySeemed like a lotta mess (in my new white bathroom!) and wasted product. The color was darker than I expected but I guess that's hard to get right the first time. Can be tweaked. I'm just not sure if it's worth tweaking for all the cleanup. Plus: my hair feels very soft and silky. Minor minus: Don't like the new packaging/ design and whole "kit" aspect. Seems a little cheap tweenage, like a feminine product starter kit. I'd prefer something more high-end looking. Elegant colors (or just black and white), elegant type fonts.
