Not worth itWhile the color turned out nice, I believe I can achieve that with other products that are much less messy. This process is a mess. I’ve colored my hair at home several times before and I’ve never had to scrub the floor and entire shower area after doing so. While some hair loss is expected, I lost waaaayyy too much hair with this product. Moreso than with any box color I’ve used before. I wanted to like it but it’s just not worth it. To darkI had my hair stripped from black to dark brown about 2 months ago. I used your colour treatment tonight and it is black again. It cost me a fortune to get rid of the black. The salon had to do it twice. This colour is black not dark brown. So disappointed I could cry. Wax!I started noticing that after washing off the color the product leaves behind a super sticky substance which doesn’t wash away with 2 shampoos . It wasn’t like that before. The old formula was super and was leaving hair soft. This formula sucks and your suggestion to wash with soda and shampoo is ridiculous. I have also noticed that the hair doesn’t look as healthy anymore after this product. Super mad that I was wasting my money on something that did nothing but damage.
