Good color, but way too much red in colorI liked the color, but it had way too much red and gold in it. It turned my gray hairs gold, and since the color was a light brown, it made them stick out even more. color adjustment not what I asked for.A couple of orders ago, I asked for a color adjustment which I described as "more red" what I got was a mix with double or more on the copper. It was so orange! Not a fan. Unfortunately, The latest shipment is the same because I was traveling for five weeks and didn’t get the color or ship date changed. Love the color but what a mess to apply.The color was darker than expected but I am thrilled just the same. Took me out of my comfort zone and I am better for it. I am not sure how subsequent kits are going to manage to keep this color going. It is too soon to know how much the dark color will fade. The product is runny and messy. Yikes. Did anyone read my requests?When signing up for the service, I specifically noted that I wanted to avoid gold and red colors in my hair (they make me look like a corpse). I received medium blonde hair color, and guess what? It is full of gold and red tones. In fact, when I look at the pictures of women in the salon advertising materials, they all have red and gold tones in their hair. What was I thinking?! No more for me. Very unhappy with the colourI ordered blonde with copper undertones, and to ensure I followed all steps correctly I got my sister over to do it for me. We followed all steps to a T but once she had dried it and I saw the colour I was so upset. I'm literally ginger, no blonde at all and its so dark compared with my own colouring. It is awful and will be worse once my roots start coming through which don't take very long as my hair grows really fast. I should of just went to a salon. 😭😭 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Terrible Hair Loss!!!Dear eSalon, I have used your product for several months now. At first it was great I liked the color and the gray coverage. Overtime I began to see increasing hair loss and a terrible waxy texture on my hair. I used it for a few more months to see if it was actually the hair care product that was causing me these problems. And it definitely was my hair loss now, I can see my scalp, After a lifetime of very thick hair. I am very disappointed upset and I will not be using this anymore. I’m aware that it may work for some people but I’ve read a lot of reviews that customers that have had the same experience as I did. Please take me off of your list and end my account I do not want to hear from you again! I am aware that this product may work well on other people but has done me damage.
