You suckI have been trying to cancel. You all are lying in your fine print. You say you can cancel on your website but there is no way to do that. Worst decision ever!Worst decision ever! My hair looks like a cheap red velvet cake; I am so disappointed! It absolutely does not look salon quality; more like hot topic employee diy. This company will not leave me alone!First order came with a leak, and I just about ruined my sofa. I contacted the company, heard nothing. Suddenly I received a new kit, but though canceled my account, I continue to get emails. I see my account is still active, though on hold on their site.
