Not for meI spent an entire weekend trying to get this procedure down right and after multiple strand tests I moved forward with the color to find it was a waste of my time and money. This color made my hair slightly red and was very displeased with results and made me extremely frustrated and upset. I scheduled a hair appointment next and to pay double what I normally would. They just don’t do anything to helpI’ve tried several attempts to reach someone and if your not ordering they pass you on and No one will help you. I wanted my color lighter it’s been too dark and then shipped too often.., and now with no success I want to just cancel the whole thing. Color lasted 4 daysI am so sad. This is my 2nd time using the product and the grey hairs LITERALLY came back after 4 days. I kept it on for 30 min as instructed also. I've never had this happen with any hair color. Waaaah 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

usually good product but this time my hair is way to orange especially the rootsI have been getting the product for some time. Didn't cover all of my grayMy overall experience with eSalon has been mixed so far. My first shipment was a disaster as one of the bottles leaked during shipping and was not salvagable. So, had to wait for shipment number2. I have pretty long hair and it was daunting trying to follow the directions and not get the product all over me, even with the hair clips, towels, etc. When I finally finished and blow dried, my grays were not covered and that was one of my main concerns. The root color didn't match the ends of my hair, I'll chalk that up to the fact that it's hard to match up new growth to the old when changing a color. However, my hair feels relatively healthy and shiny. I haven't decided if I'll try a second shipment yet. I don't know if I'm impressed enough to go through the hassle again. Pros: Shiny hair, softer hair, good color on the roots Cons: Didn't cover all the grays, color on roots didn't match the ends, the application steps were tedious 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Disappointed in the custom serviceI was quite hopeful, but wound up disappointed. I wanted to create some even harmony on the few years of dye and highlights that have left my hair a pretty wide range of shades and stripes, mixed with a bit of grey. I completed the lengthily questionnaire and sent pictures that pretty well illustrated the 'problem'. I was sent a root-covering kit, which doesn't make sense as it would only add one more shade to the mix. The customer service rep made no effort to try to rectify the situation, which seems odd for from a custom hair color company. I returned the kit, unopened. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Didn't cover gray.I filled out the question form, but it wouldn't let me submit. Anyway, this is what I said... The gray wasn't covered like it was the prior time. The lighter shade was better, but I still felt that it was a little brassy on the top. Maybe I need to keep it on longer (although I did the amount of time in the instructions). Colour leakMy hair was still leaving stains on my pillow cases still after 4 weeks had to throw my pillow case as it was stained I did like my colour so was gutted really although it has faded lots. I wanted purple tones and now it’s more red I had pear mahogany. It was a lovely colour just faded so much again I’m gutted as I was a qualified hair dresser that had to stop due to health problems. I found the colour set up very professional. I thought at last a professional colour set up with our having to go to salon I thought at last so was truly gutted as would have stuck with your company for ever. You did send me a message saying you would send me something free but never heard anything until now. I’d probably try again with yourselfs but I don’t no if I dare and if you were a real salon I’d expect it re done free of charge it as faded & stained my bedding and towels so ???? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
