Good IdeaSeems like it would be a great idea to be able to get your hair dye in the mail without having to remember to buy it at the grocery store. The product unfortunately, didn't work for me. Tried it three times and within one weeks I would have to do root touch up kits. Not enough colorI will start by saying that because I have long thick hair I was suppose to receive two bottles of color. I only received one. Color faded fast to an orangey BrownMy greys are still grey and the brown faded to an orangey green (didn’t think that color was even possible). Won’t be ordering again. I wish it would have worked because I hate spending tons of money at the salon but I guess it’s worth it to not have it look this bad. Not at all the colour I wanted, but everything else is fabulousThe product is really easy to put together and apply. The packaging is lovely, and I loved all the extras. However, I wanted to go more ginger, I had some baylayage already. I now have an even mid brown tone, all my highlights have gone, my hair is as dark as my roots all the way down, and still no ginger, not even Auburn.
