Too RedThe concept and idea is great but despite sending a photo and saying I did not want red hair, my hair turned red. Had to wait ages for corrective color and then it did nothing. Didn't work for meI wanted to have a color similar to my natural hair color, but with redder tones - I am a natural dark blonde and I wanted a strawberry blonde. My hair is now a light shade of brown instead. I do not see any red tones and ended up with a darker color than my natural hair color. I followed the instructions and washed my hair after 30 minutes. Not what I orderedI REPEATEDLY stated I wanted to “highlight” my color. Instead I received exactly what I had received previously. I pulled 70 strands of hair thru my highlighting cap and guess what? Replacement color not right colorI previously purchased a color and it did not have my gray you all sent me another batch of something else and the color was nowhere near what I had selected originally so unfortunately I'm not satisfied with these products and cannot recommend them for future customers. I didn't ask for a refund because I waited six weeks to color my hair but by the time the color came in my gray still was not colored and my hair was darker than I wanted it to be. Colour Error - Over the phone orderI asked for a violet colour online and then called up and spoke to a lady to have it adjusted to have less red in it, She recommended a colour - well turns out its all brown and red and now i seriously hate my hair and don't know what to do with it, I was a lovely golden colour and now i think i may have to go dark brown just to cover the red - I have a very red skin pigment - so i honestly look like a tomato.
