Colour Error - Over the phone orderI asked for a violet colour online and then called up and spoke to a lady to have it adjusted to have less red in it, She recommended a colour - well turns out its all brown and red and now i seriously hate my hair and don't know what to do with it, I was a lovely golden colour and now i think i may have to go dark brown just to cover the red - I have a very red skin pigment - so i honestly look like a tomato. Too darkI just colored my hair and is definitely not natural light golden brown! It is a dark brown with some slight Highlights showing through. I hope it washes out because I'm not putting new Highlights in until it lightens up. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

A wet drippy super stain mess.My first prdee was perfect. I was so happy I immediately went to auto ship. The second set was awful. Drip, stain mess! Awful. Did an ok job-but not what I expectedThe color did an ok job covering up the red tones that were coming through since I went from bleach blonde to darkest brown for the fall. There’s still some slight redness in the top even though I followed the instruction to the T. My biggest concern and why I wanted to try Esalon was that because I had aggressive chemotherapy last year due to aggressive breast cancer. Since chemo my skin is super sensitive. While I noted all this in my profile, it was a pretty harsh chemical treatment. While I was extremely careful with my ears, I got some minor burns on them that I have to use liquid bandage on.
