Fabulous concept, great service, ok colorI absolutely loved the customer service and the attention to detail to ensure I knew how to do my own color. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. AwfulI wanted lighter blonde hair than what I have, this Turned my virgin blonde hair strawberry blonde! Super unhappy. I also ordered this because it said it didn’t have a harsh chemical smell but it definitely did.
