Ich habe mir eine Haarfarbe bestellt.Schon beim Auftragen der Haarfarbe nahm ich den extrem beißenden Geruch war. Nachdem ich alles genau nach Anleitung machte, merkte ich, dass ich sehr viele Haare verloren habe. Seit vielen Jahren färbe ich meine Haare selbst mit verschiedenen Produkten. Ich kann mich nicht ein einziges Mal erinnern, so ein agressives Produkt erworben zu haben, dass die Haare ausfallen. Just Horrible...I am really unhappy, this product didn't work at all. I gave one star, just because the chat customer service was very helpful, but if there was a "0" star raiting, I would not hesitate to use it. The color specialist never reach out to fix my color! I was really disappointed, I went from light brown to an ugly dark brown. Now I have to pay to get it fix and go back to my color.
