Unimpressed with color resultColor result is a very long way from what I wanted. Far too much gold! I dislike the result intensely and am grateful I opted for demi over permanent color for this order. I will still be stuck with this for far too long. I’ve had better color results from a store bought rinse. This is a messy process, and with 2 different color mixes for roots and ends, a far more time consuming and complex procedure than I expected. The color did however did turn relatively even, so perhaps the extra step is worthwhile, provided of course, the color is what you’re aiming for. The shampoo and conditioner are nothing special. Worst Experience EverSo there needs to be a prominent warning in your products regarding what happens when you add water to the remain colour and then apply it on your hair in the shower. The fumes gagged me and I could NOT stand the burning in my eyes, nose and throat. This should NEVER be done in an enclosed space. I could barely get out of the shower dripping wet w hair color dripping off me - to take a breath of air that wasn’t fumes. Why would you not put a notice on your products about the fumes?? Aside from that - nothing happened. My color did not change around the roots or scalp or ends. It is exactly the same. I won’t even mention how dried out my hair is. Ive never experienced this before. You have a great idea but fail on the execution. I should have known given that you didn’t even spell my name correctly. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Don’t ruin your hairPlease please please do not buy this product. Just pay that bit extra and go to a hairdressers or go to Asda and just get a decent box dye!! My hair is ruined. It’s dry and strands keep falling out. I’ve taken so much care with my hair for a year now and this has erased all of that hard work of keeping it healthy. Soft hair or I would have rated it a 1 🌟So yeah it was my first time, it was hard to rinse out but all color is for me, nothing terrible like I keep reading about. Left my hair softer than ever after a hair color. The bad part is the color didn't come close to the picture online. My brown is jet black.I had high hopes. I went into the esalon studio for my first time, I had a really bad color job done a couple months ago where someone tried to give me a lighter brown, like a chestnut but it came out rusty and with each attempt to fix it, brassy and patchy. It was so damaged I left it for a while to grow out despite the horrible warmth and brass tones. About two inches grew out and my greys started to come out and I decided i wanted to go back to my natural dark brown. Had a consultation and thought i was getting dark brown but my hair turned out pretty much black. Its so dark and darker than my natural dark brown. It looks like i used a box color from the pharmacy... its that kind of black. Im hoping it will wash out a bit after a couple washes?? I did also notice once outside in the sunlight there is deep burgundy tinge in the black which is a color i cant stand. A miss for meI used the light set along with a fall adjustment color this month and it was a miss for me. I have used your salon for quite a while and I expected much more than I received. Also... the pricing for the light set is considerably higher than it should be. The misses: Not enough color to do a full head of hair for a seasonal color adjustment. The light set needs to provide more detailed instructions and a better way to separate the pieces of hair that the light set was intended to be applied. Balayage for home colorists is not easy..... Didn’t fix issue as weellI have old highlights and was given 2 separate colors. The end color was pretty but the highlights still showed through a lot Not as blatant but it was still quite noticeable.
