Custom color no goodCustom hair colour great price but that's all. My hair was orange instead of a lovely burandy red. A big bunch of hair also fell out. Completely wrong colour, wouldn’t wash outThe box and presentation was great, was really impressed and excited to get started. The dye smelt a little fishy but was easy to apply. Once the timer went off I spent over an hour trying to rinse out the colour, it was impossible. The water still wouldn’t run clear and I gave up before I broke my neck holding it under any longer. When I dried my hair I realised the colour was so unnatural and like a bright purple/red! I asked for brown/auburn. I’ve honestly had better results from a drugstore brand.
