Unsatisfied customerI do not like the product. It is no different or better I should say than Loreal which stayed on longer. I used ur product n it barely covered all my grey n lasted 2 weeks! Color did not staySo the first time I used this product it worked great all pieces were covered and the color stayed. I couldnt be happier. This time was just touch up and did not cover like the first time my greys were still showing right after application and I followed the instructions like a pro. I'm used to dying my hair myself and covering every spot. This is the first time greys did not take to black and the color did not stay. Don't know what happenedHello, I'm hoping there's a way to put a photograph with this review. I've been using eSalon for several years. My last application was on November 26, 2018, the day before traveling for Thanksgiving. I lost an incredible amount of hair as I was rinsing out the shampoo. It was coming out from the root. It was alarming. As a result, I'll be discontinuing my eSalon orders. Not angry. I know things can happen. Maybe the time I left it in was longer than usual. But after using it for so many years, I felt like I had this down. Anyway, there's no point in taking the risk of another experience like this at $20 a pop. Product burned my scalp.The color came out well, but my scalp was in awful shape for weeks. After it finally healed, there was flaking for weeks. There were a couple places where it wasn't just superficial. During a strand test, I had no reaction. I didn't react to a swab on my arm, but once this stuff was on my head, 10 minutes in, there was tingling and it just got worse until I had to rinse early. Loved the color and coverage! However....Loved the coverage and color but immediately discontinued my monthly plan, due to the fact that when washing out the dye, it made my hair one big mass ball of the dryest straw ever! My once silky fine hair, felt like a thick mass of straw! The conditioner helped but it took a weeks of deep treatments to make it feel like my own hair again. Too dark based on previous commentsMy initial problem when trying to color my 51 year old husband's hair was finding something that brought him back to his natural dark sandy blond/light brown hair color instead of all-over gray. With my own mixes, it kept coming out with a ton of red, and I could never capture a natural looking hue. We've been close with the eSalon blends, but still finding too much red. This last blend has still not gotten rid of the hot red/gold tones, but now seems to be a level darker than what we had in the 2 previous mixes.
