UnderwhelmingI was really underwhelmed by the color--the first time I used it, I didn't notice a change in my hair's color at ALL. I though perhaps user error, and the next shipment autoshipped, and I decided to give it a go again, but leave it on a bit longer. Same lack if result. I went to cancel, and was offered a free kit and asked to send a note describing what I found lacking so they could adjust my color, and potentially contact me to fine tune it. I said very clearly I was looking for a more noticeable color result. No one contacted me, and a new kit was sent out that was apparently augmented according to my feedback. I used it, followed the directions precisely aaaaaannnndd no discernable color change again. The only change was how it (as the last kits had) left the texture of my hair feeling a bit drier and rougher. No shine boost, no color, nada. The greys don’t seem to accept the colour ...Not sure what’s wrong but the colour put on my grey/white hair is coming out bright orange compared to the rest which is a nicer dark copper that I can live with. I’ve tried this twice and I can’t continue with this discrepancy as it just looks like over processed hair at the top and around my hairline at the front. Also, since it is so far from what I asked for in the first place, my roots are showing in a week to ten days and I’m just not going to colour my hair that often. So I’ll be taking a little time to reconsider whether or not I want to continue with the hastle especially if I’m not particularly happy with the results. What changed?I've been using your product for a few years now. Getting the same color each time. I don't know what happened this time, but I just colored my hair 2 days ago and I already have grays. When I went to rinse the coloring out of my hair, it was A MESS! Thick and goopy on my scalp. Took me 20 minutes just to rinse it out. And now it looks like crap already. I had to purchase it because it already shipped but it didn’t.Somehow I ended up in automatic purchase which I didn’t opt into. Now I’ll have two since the order frequency is to soon and I wasn’t planning on paying for this. Very very upset. Probably won't continue usingI've used this product twice now and the color is fine. What is really hard to take is how incredibly messy it is. It stains everything it touches and it's fairly liquid so it does splatter a lot. Skin (even with blocker), porcelain, floors, pillows ... anything and everything. I have to be VIGILANT about cleaning as I'm going. 6 weeks after, it was still bleeding out of my hair and the roots that it touched up became reddish.
