Needs some a adjustmentsThe dark golden blond color looks OK. I would like it to be more red if possible. It did not color my grey hair and it burned my skin in a few places. Is there anythink that can be done to improve that? Thank you 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

In rare cases, one can develop sensitivity to hair color over time. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Bad feelingI tend to go between getting my hair done professionally and doing it at home for 10+ years. I've never had a problem with coloring my hair either way. I enjoyed the simple instructions the kit came with and the fact that they included a second set because I have very long hair. HowEVER.... when trying to rinse it out per the instructions, it did NOT wash out. The water ran clear, before the shampoo/conditioner and after the shampoo/conditioner. My hair was left feeling gummy, sticky, waxy, and just generally gross in every way possible. I couldn't brush it out, couldn't dry it. I could barely get it into a bun or ponytail. I waited 24 hours before washing it again and while most of the yucky feeling came out, it's still there and I am in NO way impressed. The color is also much darker than I anticipated. I have NEVER had my hair feel this way after getting it colored in a salon or at home. I gave it two stars because I enjoyed the instructions and customization, even though I think my color is darker than i expected. Sorry I'm not satisfied.Just finished the coloring. Very messy to use on short hair. I'm not satisfied with the color. It also still left gray in my temple area. It sure sounded great but I will continue with my L'Oréal. Preference. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Worst customer serviceI received my order and when I applied it the color was the previous color. I was upset since I did go into the salon to have them match the color. I emailed them and got a sarcastic email back. I called and was told they send the correct order. What would I like them to do. When asked to speak to a manager I was told she was busy and she would tell me the same thing. Rude customer service...
