Don't Count on Receiving your Color On time...My first order was May 16. It is now June 16 and I've yet to receive my color for which I requested a 3 week reordering schedule. So now I've switched to receiving color every two weeks so perhaps I can then inventory a back order of supplies whereupon I can, in fact, apply color on a 3 week schedule... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Good value for introductory priceKit came boxed adorably with everything needed to do the job. Colored my hair may 29 looked great but today on june 16 the grey is already coming thru again noticed it few days ago. Kit Was Nice, Color Was WrongThe presentation and packaging was awesome. Instructions were easy to follow. However, the color was completely off. I wanted to go from bleach blonde to dark blonde and instead I now have very dark brown hair... I followed the instructions exactly. Didn't color my gray rootsI only gave 3 stars because it didn't cover my roots. I liked the overall product and was quite easy to apply. I only used it as a root blender as I have highlights done. Thanks ~ Cami M 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. |

Not the Right Color and Not Enough DyeThe color I wanted- cool/neutral lighter blonde- was vetoed by my consultant. I said ok- they apparently know best. So, I instead got a generic medium blonde color. I told them my hair pulls warm and I didn’t want that- but I now have deeply warm medium/dark blonde hair anyway. Also, I explained that I have very fine, very thick and very long hair- and as a result- I was given 2 small bottles of dye/developer. Not enough. Nope nope nope. There are some places underneath my hair which were not saturated enough to be even. I really wanted to like this but I just don’t know how to be successful using this product when I’m not being heard in the consult- I guess if I were to try again I would just pick whatever color I wanted and ignore the colourist suggestions idk. Maybe I’m just annoyed because my hair is now nearly mustard coloured. Ugh. Such high hopes!!I had such high hopes, I watched and waited. I read so many reviews, and finally I decided okay im gonna try it. Took the towel off of my head after the shower and I couldn't even tell that my husband and I had just spent all of our time together trying to give me the hair color that I have always wanted!!
