Great quality, less than desired resultThe color seems to be really good quality and everything felt safe and healthy for my hair. The final result of the hair dye just didn’t end up like the picture even though I followed directions exactly. It just didn’t change my color enough. Nice but NO gray coverage.Packaged beautifully, very convenient and easy to apply. I am satisfied with the color itself but, it didn’t do the one thing that I needed and wanted it to do; cover my grays! Left my Hair Damaged and Did Not Have the Gray Coverage I WantedI've colored my hair with other products, so I am not a newcomer to coloring. I hate leaving bad reviews and really wanted to like this product, but it left me with no choice. I followed the directions to the letter. Once I rinsed out the color, my hair felt coarse and wiry. After drying, it was uncombable until I put in a leave-in conditioning product. Additionally, I still had grays showing immediately after, so it didn't have the coverage I wanted. I really wanted to love thisI really wanted to love this at home system. Packaging is fancy. The colorist probably do know what they’re doing. But the lab and the product itself? My hair is a mess. It never covered my very little grays and whites and some parts of my virgin hair never grasped the color. My hair does feel soft. Would I keep my subscription? Probably not.
