Patchy and a terrible colourI was so excited to use this dye but after using and following instructions to the letter, my ends went a bright red and my roots were black! Ruined the condition of my hair also I now have static, frizzy hair. I've been dyeing my own hair for years with no trouble but this was a disaster. All I can say is the packaging was really lovely and the personalisation is a nice touch but really I would have preferred it all came in a plastic bag if it meant I had got the lovely, even hair colour I wanted. Customer Service ShockingGood luck if you try to cancel this as I have several times ! I have emailed tried to call, I cancelled through the app they still sent the hair colour took payment, cancelled again told me my colour was coming soon so I cancelled my payment and emailed again, now they’re telling me my payment didn’t go through and can I add another card. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Plenty of productThe color that I got now is a redish orange tint for a dark blonde, now how does a redish orange tint come from a dark blonde? Did not cover my grey roots!!This product has not worked as stated. Having washed my hair twice with the shampoo and conditioner sold by esalon, in the last week . following the colouring of my hair.
