Have used--but now they won't send or sell me my color. RidiculousI have really liked eSalon, but I collected color faster than I could use it so i stopped ordering for a few months. But I loved my color (after some adjustment). I went to re-order--and they won't let me re-order my color. I have to start all over, create a new profile, etc. Why? All my information is in my account, and none of it has changed. So why do I have to start over, risk not getting the color I want again, and all that? I reached out to customer support, and the agent basically said nothing they can do--they refuse to sell me my existing color again. What company behaves this way?!
