DO NOT PURCHASEThe product is not good itself, but my bigger issue is with customer service. After being told my membership was cancelled, on the phone with the company, I was charged and sent a box. They refused to give me a return label and told me just to return to sender and mark it undeliverable. After several attempts it was just redelivered. They still refused to provide a shipping label, even the postal workers told me this company was trying to scam me out of a return. After not getting the box back, I still haven’t received a refund. 1st time using - LOVE the hair color and rinse....grays...not so much.Got some beautiful color for most of my hair. The gray roots didn't seem to get covered and I left it on longer than indicated. Itchiness and dried scalpsEven though the color wasn’t the one I ordered it wasn’t bad at all. My hair is shiny but my scalp started to itch…everywhere! The hair color when I was applying smelling so strong. Whatever concoction they’re using they need to adjust.
