Coming out redNo back-and-forth communication with the colorist. I provided my initial request and then this was shipped to me without any talking with me, or showing me a photo. I ran with it and now my hair is -- again -- quite red. I am mostly disappointed in the way this was handled. I'm also repeatedly saying I don't want red. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. WORST COLOR EVER!!!I ordered a color that would work with my hair. They chose to send “my stylists choice” for me instead! It was an utter, total disaster! Went to Walmart with a hat on head to purchase a product called “oops” e-salon OPPS not mine! Thanks again- looks worse than before I started.
