Not at all as advertisedThis was absolutely not worth the investment. I responded to an email asking my color preferences and what I was wanting to achieve. I wasn't looking to change anything, just maintain my current red color. The color I received ended up being a slightly reddish brown. I've been coloring my hair with professional color for over 20 years. I have never been so disappointed, and I regret giving this brand a chance. It also didn't even color my ash blonde roots, which normally soaks up color like a sponge. As soon as I can figure out how to unsubscribe (because that's apparently hidden), I will be. Not what I ordered but looks okThe colour looks nice but it’s not what I expected- my hair was dark blonde and it’s now a light brown with a tinge of copper - I didn’t want to change to light brown I thought I was getting intense copper - The base colour was too dark so it’s completely changed my hair and taken it way darker than I wanted or felt comfortable with - I don’t know how to fix it 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Do NOT buy!!!Literally the WORST at home dye I’ve ever used!!! My husband has been dying my hair at home since Covid..easiest color match ever blue black…LITERALLY ZERO gray root coverage…it turned it freakin BROWN like light brown!!! BlackHow cheap of them not to give a tray or hair clips. This forces you to use the bottle method which is messy and impossible to do two steps of roots and ends. If you want to lighten your color or change your hair color you better tell them your current t color is your desired color. I wanted to lighten my dark hair considerably. But I picked dark brown for current color and I had very few options of- black. I got the lightest red possible which was dark and my new color is… black. There is no way to change or pick a new color other than to say “go one shade lighter” which is… black. Better to pick out crummy supermarket color cause at least you get a choice of what color you want and have a chance at going lighter. My hair falls out either way. Two bottles of color- roots and ends? Either fuss and fiddle with the brush (and no tray) and throw half of each bottle away and overdo your hair, or just do one color bottle every other month or so.
