Blotchy and uneven colorMy sister and I did my hair. She dyes her hair a lot and has an effective technique. Unfortunately, in spite of the meticulous care she took, the color ended up uneven and blotchy. Not at all satisfied. Looking to end membership if the next set does not perform better. Excellent Customer Service!Had to cancel my next order & subscription due to unexpected allergic reaction to haircolor. I do have a sensitive scalp but thought this product would be ok. Called customer service & the CSR was extremely helpful & caring. Everything canceled w/o a fuss or hassle. I am disappointed as the products are extremely well crafted & my actual hair turned out very well. Quiet disappointedI ordered soft black/blue followed instructions and left product on for time specified but cant see any blue tones atall in the hair… and i was worried it was going to look to blue from the colour of the mixture in the bottle. it’s covered the greys though. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
